2015年的德國電影票房前十名僅有一部喜劇國片入榜，並來到排行第二名。本年度知名動畫電影小小兵(Minions)與腦筋急轉彎(Inside Out)也進入前十名。其他入榜好萊塢強片跟美、英、法與加拿大的前十名幾乎相同。
