世界航空客運量前五十名機場(World Top 50 Air Transport Passengers Capacity by Country)-2020
受到武漢肺炎的影響,2020年可說是繼美國九一一恐怖攻擊後國際航空業最慘澹的一年,此次的衝擊甚至更為嚴重,不少國際知名的航空公司也面臨成立以後最嚴厲的生存考驗,甚至必須完全仰賴政府的補助或低利貸款才能繼續營運下去,全球主要機場載客量都下跌至少30%以上,除了北京的大興機場因為是剛營運所以沒下滑算是特例。國際航空客運業要恢復2019年以前的榮景可能必須等到全世界疫苗滲透率達到六成以上才會慢慢的恢復。
諷刺的是中國是這次疫情擴散的始作俑者,但中國航空業卻趁機疫情大舉擴大地盤與影響力,反而成為疫情的最大受益者。
