二戰後瑞典潛艦發展(Development of Submarines in Sweden After WWII)-2023

 

瑞典算是北歐海軍強權，但由於人口與國力的關係，整體海軍總實力不及英法德義西等國。不過瑞典堅持國防自主並具備足夠的科技能力自力發展潛艇。二戰後潛艇發展是先受德國XXI級潛艇影響，之後走出自己的設計路程，並開發出世界第一艘史特林AIP潛艇哥特蘭級，後來也出售與技轉潛艇技術給新加坡與澳洲。

Draken class	6	Modified version of the Hajen-class with only one shaft with a larger 5-bladed propeller for improved underwater performance and reduced noise.
Sjöormen class	5	First Teardrop shape designsubmarine. 3 retired, and 2 sold to Singapore in service.
Näcken class (Type A-14)	3
Västergötland class (Type A-17)	4	1 retired, and other 3 sold to Sigapore, 2 renamed archer class. The first ship remaned Swordsman in the same class.
Södermanland class (upgraded Västergötland)	2	Planned 4, only 2 completed. 1 in service , and 1 retired.
Gotland class (Type A-19)	3	The first submarines in the world to feature a Stirling engine air-independent propulsion (AIP) system, which extends their underwater endurance from a few days to weeks. All 3 in servive.
Blekinge class (Type A-26)		2 under construction. An improved version of the Gotland class,
